At NØXIA STUDIOS, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

A £5 return fee per item will be deducted from your refund

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Holiday Extension: Orders placed in December can be returned until 1st January

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Include all original tags and packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

If your return is approved, we will provide full return instructions and the return address.

Important:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

Once approved, place a new order

You can also request an exchange when submitting your return request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Deductions:

£5 return fee per item

Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to a 5% fee to cover payment processing costs.
